At Bear's Den Fly Fishing, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused apparel and equipment in its original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to garments to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unworn items and the original packing slip inside a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
