The Trigger Caddis is one you've all seen me tie in one of my Youtube videos. This is a great alternative caddis adult for fishing on tailwater fisheries or those slower water scenarios where you need a caddis imitation that rides rather flush in the film, but will float well. Add in the hen legs which put a little movement in the pattern and you have a real winner. This fly has become my go to caddis imitation when trout are eating them on the surface.
