These little Candies are must-haves when stripers or albies or snook or tarpon are on small whitebaits like anchovies or spearing.  Tied mostly with translucent Crystal Web fibers and a good bit of flash on the trusty Mustad C68.  The two-part application of both flexible and rigid light-cured acrylic resin makes for a tougher than average fly.
