Chroma Flash is a narrow, tinsel-like material that flows and shines extremely well underwater.  It makes a great addition to many baitfish patterns because this material reflects light like some of the shimmery scales of actual baitfish.  It’s very easy to use and leaves a lot of room for creativity.
